What is the construction principle of a wood crusher?

Wood crusher is an efficient mechanical equipment for processing wood waste, mainly used to convert materials such as wood, bark, straw, and wheat straw into granular or powdered materials for subsequent reuse or treatment. Its working principle is mainly based on the following steps:

Screening: The wood particles that have been cut and crushed will enter the screening system. The screening system consists of multiple screens, each with a different aperture, and different mesh sizes can be selected according to needs. When wood particles pass through the sieve, particles that meet the aperture requirements will be screened out, while larger particles will continue to remain on the sieve for further crushing

Discharge: The screened wood particles will be discharged from the discharge port to obtain granular materials that meet the requirements. These materials can be directly used in fields such as biomass energy, pulp production, animal feed, etc., achieving the reuse of wood waste

Construction of Wood Crusher

The wood crusher mainly consists of the following parts:

Body: The body is usually welded from steel plates and has high strength and stiffness to withstand the vibration and impact forces generated during machine operation

Feeding system: The feeding system is responsible for feeding wood waste into the interior of the machine, including feeding ports, conveyor belts, feeding rollers, and other components

Cutting system: The cutting system consists of a rotor, blades, stator, etc., and is the core part of a wood crusher. The rotor drives the blade to rotate at high speed, achieving cutting and crushing of wood waste

Screening system: The screening system consists of multiple screens, which are used to classify the cut wood particles according to different sizes

Electric control system: The electric control system controls and adjusts the feeding speed, cutting speed, etc. of the wood crusher through components such as an electric control box, motor, and button, to ensure the stable operation and efficient production of the machine
